I had a lot planned for Ethan and I over spring break. I didn't have all four kids so we were going to venture out from the house. Something we don't do often since I am not brave to take all four by myself anywhere. but early in the middle of the night Monday Ethan woke up with a cough. One of the ones where mommy knows exactly what it is without getting up. Sure enough he ended up getting croup. Poor guy was wheezing on Monday and you could hear him breathing in the other room. So we ended up going to the doctor and he got a steroid.
Next thing I knew my sweet baby Isaac had a fever and was feeling pretty crummy. This was Isaac's first time being sick. I will go ahead and speak for him and say he didn't appreciate it. He is still stuffed up but gladly his fever is gone. Isaac hasn't slept good since Monday night at all. He is restless, stuffy and just wants mommy. Sometimes he doesn't even know what he wants he is just angry lol.
My mom was sweet and came over a few times to rock him so I could take a break and make dinner and shower. It's the simple things haha. But he is on the mend and I am glad that I can be here for him to help him feel better...even if it is 24 hours a day all hours of the night. ;) It's still the best job in the world!
I have tons of fun planned for these kiddos so I must run and get things together.

I say take em all out! You'll feel better knowing you can. What a bummer to have the little ones sick, and to spend your break that way.
