We finally were able to get rocks for our back yard flower beds and the side of our house. My dad knows a guy..who knows a guy...etc...etc....and we ended up getting them for so so so cheap. Otherwise we would still have dirt because we really couldn't afford the rocks to match the front yard. My parents needed a lot more rocks than we did, but total for the two weekends Jon and my dad moved roughly 21 yards of rocks. They worked really hard to get it all done and our house and my parents house looks really nice.
The best part about the rocks was how much Ethan enjoyed the whole process. He thought it was great to be one of the guys out there with my dad and Jon. I have to say...they both were very patient and let Ethan help through the whole process. Ethan still talks about "Bapas Rocks". In fact, he is obsessed with trailers and trucks now. It's pretty cute.

I'm pretty sure we would never have gotten the rocks done without his help! LOL. He is so proud of his work. What a great helper! Thank you Ethan :)
It was fun to watch the guys lay down all the rocks. It was also fun to hang out with you and WATCH :) Thats alot of hard work.
Those pictures were so cute! I love that he got to be a part of the project too. My boys love helping with stuff like that!
