I added a counter to our blog (all by myself if I might add). After our appointment yesterday things finally started to seem more real. Don't get me wrong, the 24 hour "morning" sickness has been a good reminder , but seeing a baby at 12 weeks and knowing that it already has arms, legs, skin, organs, brain, etc...just makes me think about how wonder God is. I just remind myself of that every day when I am laying on the bathroom floor.
As I was driving home from our appointment I was chatting with Ethan, eating a burrito from Taco Time (mmmmm) and couldn't help but think how perfect the moment was and how blessed we truly are. I am more excited now to find out what we are having. There are a lot of votes for a girl with this baby. Honestly, we are going to be so excited either way. A girl scares me a bit because there is nothing pink in this house....literally....nothing. Ethan is all boy so I think a girl would be an adventure. But boys...I just love having a boy. Ethan has the best toys, and we have a great time playing together. I am an expert at building tracks, assembling toy cars, jumping on the couch, making forts and all the wonderful things Ethan has taught me. Whatever God has in store for us, I know we will enjoy every minute.

I am SO SO SO excited for you guys!! Having a baby is such an amazing experience. You are exactly right too, the little babe growing inside you is going to fit into your family just perfectly. Wheather that be a boy or a girl. God knows what will be best!
Oh and I thought I'd warn you...be ready for me to talk to and feel your belly as soon as it is visibly stickin' out there :)
